The laboratory aims to provide students with research, design and coding skills through a project that cover all phases of creating a digital interface, from user-centered research and data structure planning to visual and interaction design, prototyping, and full implementation. Students will learn to apply modern visual design principles, develop responsive and interactive websites using HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Bootstrap, and manage content-driven sites with CMS platforms like Kirby, including templates, blueprints, and assets.
The course encourages students to explore emerging web technologies and contemporary digital culture, fostering awareness of the social impact of the web and developing a critical design mindset that enables them to create digital experiences that are functional, visually striking, and socially responsible.
